Serving as Municipal Court Judge for 14 years for the cities of Edmonds and Lynnwood. Mr. Conroy holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Gonzaga University School of Law coupled with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Seattle University.

- Responsible for court budgets, administration of the court, hiring of staff, collections, disbursement of revenues in addition to in court judicial responsibilities.

- Carried the highest caseload of any single judge in the state of Washington.

- Presided over the administration hearings involving the interviewing, hiring and discipline of Snohomish County Sheriffs Office personnel.

Everett Community College, Criminal Justice Department 1989 - 1990
- Taught college level courses in Search and Seizure as well as Juvenile Justice for students preparing for law enforcement career.

Continuing Judicial and Legal Education as required by the Washington State Bar  Association. Emphasis on criminal law and defense of DUI.

Instructor City of Lynnwood Citizens Academy; Moderator Lynnwood Municipal Court Law Day; Participant Presiding Judges Conference; Lobbied on behalf of Municipal Courts against SB5035 and HB1026 which was aggressive legislation designed to eliminate Municipal Courts in the State of Washington
